How Can I Migrate To Canada?
There are two possible ways to get into Canada if you want to work without an education degree:
- Through work and immigration programs: the Canadian immigration system has become very competitive over the years. Canada still remains an immigration magnet, with potential migrants flocking there to avail immigration programs such as Express Entry and other similar programs.
- Through Permanent Residency: this requires applicants to show that they can successfully adapt to Canadian society’s various social structures.
A lot of people are eligible for PR status based on their relationship with a Canadian citizen or permanent resident (PR). The point is, that it is possible to get into Canada without having to have an education degree.
However, if you do have one and would like to work in Canada then there are plenty of opportunities available for you as well.

If you plan to work in Canada without a degree, it’s best to also hold citizenship or permanent residency status with another country. If you apply for Canadian Immigration through one of these programs, you don’t need a degree to qualify.
The following are some common ways to enter Canada:
- The International Experience Canada (IEC) program allows temporary entry into Canada for up to two years.
- The IEC is designed for young professionals between 18 and 35 years old who want to travel and gain international experience in their field before returning home.
- To qualify, applicants must have at least 12 months of paid full-time work experience within the last three years and receive at least $2400 CAD per month from their employer while working in Canada.
